Refund Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026
1. Before purchasing
Please use the free version to check that VolumePilot works with your Windows device and audio setup. Paid features, plan type, billing frequency, taxes, and the total price are displayed before checkout is completed.
2. Refund requests
To request a refund or get help with a charge, visit paddle.net and use the email address from your purchase. Requests are assessed under the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer law.
Describe the issue and include the transaction or invoice details if available. For a technical problem, you may also contact VolumePilot support so we can try to resolve it.
3. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel an annual subscription using the management link in Paddle emails or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current paid period, and Pro access normally continues until that period ends.
4. Consumer withdrawal rights
If the law in your country provides a cancellation or withdrawal right, that right applies. For digital content, the right may be affected once immediate supply or download begins after the consent presented at checkout. Paddle’s checkout terms and local law determine the applicable process.
5. Effect of a refund or chargeback
When a purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the associated Pro entitlement may be disabled. If only part of an order is refunded, access may be adjusted to match the remaining entitlement.
6. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Report a duplicate or unrecognized charge promptly through Paddle support. Paddle may request information needed to locate and verify the transaction. You should also protect the email and payment accounts associated with the purchase.
7. Contact
